I noticed that our listing states that we do not require a checkride. This is technically incorrect. We do request that our pilots complete a New Hire Check Ride. However, the New Hire Check Ride is not graded or used to weed out applicants. We just use it to asses their skill level. All pilots who apply are accepted as employees of the airline.
Can our listing reflect that we do request a check ride? I wouldn't want anyone to misunderstand our procedure. Thanks.
This has been fixed. Not only did I not have you with checkrides but the logic on the page was wrong. I have fixed both and you now show up as requiring checkrides.

For now yes. I am working on revamping the directory so it can include the aircraft VAs fly and a few other pieces. When I set up the directory it was a simple design to get a feel for the concept and I feel that VAhangar.com has been a success so far. With that, I am working on a new and improved directory that should give better search ability and give your VAs better visibility.
